End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Laila Ali  ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the Snaptic AI – Antique Identifier application (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Agreement with the developer, not Apple

These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. Nothing in these Terms may conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; where they do, the Apple terms prev

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, rent or redistribute the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. What the App does

The App lets you photograph an antique or collectible, identifies it using artificial intelligence, and shows an estimated value rang derived from recent sold prices of comparable items. To identify an item, its photographs are sent to our server, where an AI model analyses them. The App asks for your permission before any photograph is sent.

4. Estimates, not appraisals

Every identification and value shown in the App is an automated estimate. It is not a certified appraisal and is not suitable for insurance, probate, tax, legal, lending or sale decisions. Identifications can be wrong, and values depend on condition, provenance, authenticity and market conditions the App cannot verify. For any decision that matters, consult a qualified, licensed appraiser. You use estimates at your own risk.

5. Free use and subscriptions

Each installation includes a limited number of free identifications and searches. After that, continued use requires an auto-renewable subscription. We offer Weekly, Monthly and Yearly subscriptions; the price and period of each are shown in the App befo purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the ethe current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of the photographs and notes you add. You grant us a limiYour collection is stored on your device, and you can delete all of it in Settings. How we handle data is described in our Privacy

7. Third-party services and content

The App displays marketplace listings and sale data from third parties and may open third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, listings, prices or websites. Your use of to users without a subscription.

8. Maintenance and support

9. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on an identification or estimated value, including buying, selling, insuring or valuing an item. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Product claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

12. Intellectual property

The App, its design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

13. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 16 survive termination.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of APPLE, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.

17. Third-party beneficiary

You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
